1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between dt77 (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the dt77 platform available at https://dt77.bet.

By accessing the dt77 website, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the dt77 platform in any capacity.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of dt77, or an immediate family member of any such person.

dt77 relies on the accuracy of information provided by players at registration. Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or location constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the dt77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all related accounts.

When registering your dt77 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. dt77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You further agree to:

• Notify dt77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change.
• Use your dt77 account for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or professional gambling operation.

dt77 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Deposits & Payments

dt77 processes all player deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. dt77 does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits unless explicitly stated in a separate notice on the platform.

All funds deposited into your dt77 account must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party, is strictly prohibited. dt77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the source of funds at any point.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the dt77 cashier at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• dt77 does not charge a fee for processing deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your dt77 account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment network. Processing times vary by method.
• In the event a deposit is credited in error, dt77 reserves the right to reverse the transaction after notifying the player.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the KYC identity verification process before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method and account verification level.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonus wagering requirements are not withdrawable until all wagering conditions have been met in full.
• dt77 targets withdrawal processing within 1–5 business days for verified accounts. Actual timing may vary depending on your bank or mobile wallet provider.

If a withdrawal is returned by a payment provider due to incorrect account details supplied by the player, dt77 will attempt to contact the player to resolve the issue. dt77 accepts no liability for delays arising from incorrect payment information.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

dt77 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all dt77 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after meeting the applicable wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• dt77 reserves the right to modify the terms of any promotion at any time with reasonable notice, or to withdraw a promotion entirely where circumstances require.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may be restricted from use on certain game categories. Eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using arbitrage strategies, or placing bets on both sides of an outcome — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

7. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the dt77 platform, including cricket (PSL and international), football, UFC, and other available markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. dt77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• dt77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where an error in odds was clearly evident.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport or market, which are published separately on the platform.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and may vary by event. These are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• dt77 reserves the right to limit the stakes or markets available to any individual player at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key moments of a match. Any bets submitted during a suspension period will be queued and either accepted or rejected once the market reopens.

8. Casino Games

All casino games available on the dt77 platform — including live dealer tables, RNG slots, crash games such as Go Rush, and any other game formats — are provided by third-party certified game suppliers. The following rules apply:

• All RNG games are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories to confirm randomness and fairness. Certification documentation is available on request.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live session, the round will be voided and any wager returned to the player's balance where technically possible. dt77 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dt77 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one dt77 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in any way.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on dt77.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the dt77 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the dt77 platform or its underlying systems.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law.

10. KYC & Identity Verification

dt77 is obligated under its international gaming license to maintain robust Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal and may be required to do so at any point during their use of the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dt77 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any dt77 content without prior written permission from the Company.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dt77 and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

dt77 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Planned maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond dt77's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. dt77 accepts no liability for losses arising from such unavailability.

The maximum aggregate liability of dt77 to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Amendments to These Terms

dt77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dt77 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a platform notification. Continued use of the dt77 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the dt77 platform and may request account closure through customer support.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dt77 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules.
